Carrots
My carrots were ready to be picked. This was my first time canning carrots. Can't say it was worth it, loved doing it or if I'll ever do it again....sometimes store bought is easier! These were very time consuming. Digging all the carrots up, washing all the dirt off, peeling , chopping and then blanching them for a bit was VERY draining and my feet were killing me, BUT they sure look pretty on my shelf
